Made a mistake in sizing your pets neck? No problem, we will happily exchange the collar and get you the right size. All you need to do is contact us and send back the unworn collar in it's original packaging and once we receive it we will ship out the correct size.

Lost a stud? No worries! Just send us a picture of the collar and we will make a replacement stud for you - Please note: replacement studs are NOT free of charge as they are handcrafted and are made with sterling silver so customer will be billed for the replacement.

In the event an item is damaged or defective we will exchange the item. To return any defective/damaged item please email us at magystikcreationsinc@gmail.com for a return authorization code. No exchanges will be made without this code.  

The customer is responsible for any additional exchange shipping costs. 

Once your item is received by us the replacement will be made and you will be billed for the costs to send the replacement item.  

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
