All collars are made to order and require 10 - 14 days before shipping. 

We proudly stand 100% behind our products. Made a mistake in sizing? No problem! We will happily exchange your collar for the correct size. All you need to do is send back the unworn collar in it's original packaging and we will happily exchange it for the right one.
