Q - What currency do you use for your prices?

A - All prices marked on the website are in Canadian dollars. For example  If an item is listed at $C400.00 the USD amount would be US$302.00)

Q - What's the measurements of your collars and how can I measure my dog?

A - We makes sizes from X X- SML, SML, Med, LRG, X-LRG and XX_LRG measurement chart is on our site with instructions as to accurately measure your dog. (Any other  additional sizes, please contact us) 

Q - What is your refund policy 

A -  If you made a mistake in measuring your dogs neck and the item you received is too small or too big. We will happily exchange it for the correct size. Shipping back to Magystik Creations is the sole responsibility of the buyer and buyer should send using a trackable service. Please contact us for a return authorization number.

Q - What is the warranty on your product?

A - We proudly stand 100% behind all of our products and we are the only pet collar company that offers a lifetime guarantee on our leather collars. (precious metals and gemstones are excluded)

Q - Where are your products made? 

A - All our products are  hand made in Canada, using  the finest Italian leathers  and authentic precious metals and semi-precious gemstones 

Q - Are shipping costs included?

A - Shipping costs are a flat rate of $25 CDN on shipments with Canada and Continental USA 

Q - Are taxes included in the price?

A - All taxes and custom duties are responsibility of customer.  In Canada, taxes are calculated at checkout and applied to final cost. 

Q - How long until I receive my order?

A - Product will be shipped between 10 - 14 days upon confirmation of purchase. 

Q - What type of payments do you accept?

A - We accept all major credit cards.

Q - Why only limited edition designs?

A - We hand-craft our special collars to complement your treasured companion, a unique product for a unique friend. 

Q - Do you do wholesale orders?

A- No, as each collar is hand-made and unique, we do not supply wholesale. 

Q - Are your products available in stores?

A - No, all of our collars are available online only. 

Q -  My collar has gotten dirty, how do I clean it?

A- Using a soft cloth, gently wipe off any dirt encrustation, once the dirt is removed collar should be re-oiled with a good leather conditioner. (Leather Honey is a great cleaning/conditioning and sealing oil)  For tarnishing on sterling silver studs, we supply a special polishing cloth to keep your studs tarnish free. 

Q - Will you recreate some other design of a dog collar?

A -  No, we will not do duplicate or recreate any other artist or companies designs. 

Q - Where are you located?

A- We are located in British Columbia, Canada 

Q- Do you ship internationally?

A - Yes, taxes and duties applicable to your country will be responsibility of  buyer 

Q-Your hand painted designs, do they wash off or fade?

A - No, each hand painted design has been treated for maximum durability, using the finest leather paints and products to ensure brightness and longevity.
